Historically Quality was often seen as a checking activity. Here at Bentley, Quality is about preventing issues not reporting them. Over 80% of our team have roles that are active in preventing issues happening, whether it be planning for effective quality by setting early requirements and lessons learned with our development team, working with suppliers to design parts right first time or doing root cause analysis in the part maturation phases to get robust solutions to any issue.
