Creative Internship with Social Enterprise
Internship London (Greater London)
Job description
About the role
11 million people in the UK are given paid time off to volunteer by their employer, but few ever donate it to charity. As part of Benefacto’s mission to get these people volunteering, we seek an intern to devise an evocative campaign across print and digital media to increase awareness of food poverty, homelessness, youth unemployment and isolation amongst the elderly in London amongst professionals in the City.
For the successful applicant, this is an opportunity to devise, plan and execute a stand-alone creative project with outputs across a variety of media. The work will be shared across numerous platforms and within a number of significant companies in London, meaning the work will be showcased in high-profile places.
You will have considerable artistic oversight and a small budget to manage.
About Benefacto

We support thirty small charities and the Social Enterprise (a registered CIC) is funded by revenue from the seven corporate clients – including Accenture, CNN and the Citigroup –from which the volunteers are enlisted.
The Application:
The internship is an unpaid position. However, we will fund work-related expenses including providing a budget for the production of the campaign.
The internship will provide an opportunity for you to build your CV and profile within corporates and charities in London. During this time you will receive supportive oversight from our Head of Scale Up and, on successful completion, a professional reference.
You will work alongside the Benefacto team at their Bank offices at Bathtub to Boardroom – an exciting entrepreneur space where you will have the chance to rub shoulders with lots of other start-ups.
To apply please send an example of your best photography or graphic design work accompanied by a cover letter and CV by Monday 23rd March.
