The company are looking for a grade A candidate to join their team as a Recruitment Administrator to assist the HR department in ensuring all compliance and regulations are adhered to.
The role:
- Assist in the recruitment of financial advisors
- Ensure the in house data base is maintained and up to date
- Assist in the co-ordination of inductions
- Attend and minute meetings
Key requirements and experience:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Brilliant with organising and analysing data
- An eagles eye for detail
