Job Description Summary
The Master Data & Manufacturing Analyst is responsible for analyzing production data and making recommendations based off of the data. This role will partner with multiple functions through the facility and the corporate office.
Essential Functions
Manufactured Material Master Data – Finished Goods and Semi Finished Goods
· Coordinate, gather data and submit requests to Corporate MDG for New Item creation (Basic data and Classification data). This requires regular meetings and close working relationship with the Marketing Departments of the various brands.
· Coordinate, track and share information regarding the progress of the product setup with the appropriate people through the Marketing UDS form.
· Create and maintain local data for these items.
· Work with Production Departments to create and maintain accurate Operational BOMs, Routes and Production Versions used for production order creation.
· Work with Production Managers and FICO to create and maintain accurate Budget BOMs, Routes and Production Versions
· Work with Warehouse Management to create and maintain plant storage location information and packing instructions.
· Ensure integration of new items into the Manugistics Forecasting and Production Scheduling System
· Maintain Local Product Hierarchy for Finished Goods and Purchased Trade Goods. This is used for customer pricing and Broker deal management in Adesso system.
Purchased Material Master Data – Raw Materials, Packaging, Consumables, Maintenance Parts and Trading Goods.
· Receive and verify data for New Item Creation (basic data and Classification data) from various Purchasers for Consumables and Maintenance parts. Raw Material and Packaging creation requests are initiated by the Purchasers thru the MagdaLena system.
· Work with FICO for the proper costing of Raw Materials, Packaging and Trade Goods before activation.
· Create and maintain local master data for all purchased items.
· Work with Warehouse Management to create and maintain plant storage location information and packing instructions
Pricing Master Data
· Create pricing records for all manufactured and trading goods codes by Distribution Channel
· Delivered, pickup and customer-specific pricing
· Create and maintain standard commission rates for all manufactured and purchased trading goods by DC. Also over-ride rates by various levels of broker and/or customer and/or product hierarchies
· Create and maintain various allowance rates by customer and/or products
Various reports and extracts for data verification and end user requests as needed
Troubleshooting all master data interactions with all departments
Annual Budget preparation for all finished goods and production data
· Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy
· Follows all Safety rules & procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others
· Follows all food safety procedures
· Follows all environmental protocols as applicable
· Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions
· Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelors degree Business Administration/Industrial Education, or relevant experience, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in a related position. Dairy manufacturing experience preferred.
· Individual who will provide a high level of support to all departments and be able to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
· Strong project management, analytical, technical, and organizational skills
· The individual must have a strong working knowledge of the following:
· Intermediate/Advance in MS Office products
· Microsoft PC operating systems
· Enterprise Software Systems, specifically SAP
· Project management methods and terminology
