Being in charge of managing the studio, picking, packing and shipping orders out daily. Handle customer relations. Manage inventory and online channels, POs. Initiating business growth, managing business technology and software.

Job tasks :
Order fulfilment (pick, pack and ship Monday through Friday)
Customer service (phone and email)
Inventory management (creating POs, sending stock to FBA, stock management via Inflow software)
Online channel management
Showroom sales (provide demos to customers of units on display at the showroom)
