Looking to hire a design and technology enthusiast interested in joining a growing retailer specialising in modern design led baby products and furniture. The tasks require initiative taking in the company’s growth, independent thinking and problem solving. The nature of the job allows room for creativity and is highly rewarding, results can be seen as a direct result of input.

Responsibility:
Being in charge of managing the studio, picking, packing and shipping orders out daily. Handle customer relations. Manage inventory and online channels, POs. Initiating business growth, managing business technology and software.

Job tasks :
Order fulfilment (pick, pack and ship Monday through Friday)
Customer service (phone and email)
Inventory management (creating POs, sending stock to FBA, stock management via Inflow software)
Online channel management
Showroom sales (provide demos to customers of units on display at the showroom)

Bebemoda is a multi channel retailer specialising in modern design led baby and children's essentials ranging from newborn toys to prams and furniture. We reach our customers primarily via online channels and social media. Our customer centred approach and range of inspirational and innovative products has helped the company grow incrementally over the past five years. We are now looking for candidates to be part of the growth and enjoy the positive and creative atmosphere of a start up. Work hours are flexible and could be completed from home for most of it.

Desired profile

Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Excel (eg fluent with formulas, natural in the use of keyboard shortcuts,…)
Basic understanding of HTML
Knowledge of good English, verbally and in writing e.g. being able to formulate professional customer service emails
Advanced customer relations skills
