An exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Internal Recruitment Team

Salary: £18,000 - 20,500 (OTE-£25,600) depending on experience plus uncapped bonus structure

Located in the heart of Andover, this internal recruitment role will give you the opportunity to run your own desk, successfully placing candidates into the wider insurance business. This is a 360’ recruitment role and as such requires exceptional skills in client and candidate development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates to match recruitment needs for both general vacancies and our School/College Leaver & Graduate programmes
• Co-ordinating interviews/meetings, working with line managers to resource suitable employees
• Attending external Careers Fairs promoting Be Wiser
• Maintaining and managing our recruitment database
• Providing a first class service to the company Directors & Managers
• Contributing to the achievement of individual, team and departmental targets

Experience and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
• Experience in working to targets
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Ability to plan and prioritise your work load
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft office products - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
