Debt Advisor - Immediate Start

Job description

We are currently looking for a Debt Advisor to join our growing team.

The main purpose of the job role will be making sure that a variety of daily tasks are processed: Responding to client emails and telephone queries, preparing cases to be sent to debt recovery, processing payments, checking direct debits, preparing and sending texts.

The role will include phone work so would suit someone who has previous experience in a customer relations role.

Full training will be provided for this role, however previous experience in this field would be beneficial.

Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities of Job:

• Assisting the debt team with the administration duties
• Answering client queries in relation to outstanding balances via phone and email
• Liaising with other internal departments relating to outstanding balances
• Updating spread sheets daily and statistical reporting
• Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all colleagues and customers, promoting a professional business image
• Commit to own personal development
• Understand and apply all legal, regulatory and information security requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment to promote working in a safe and comfortable environment
• Attend company training programmes to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
• Liaising with insurers

Business Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08.30 hours - 17.00 hours

Saturday 0900 hours - 1400 hours

You will be required to work a 40 hour shift pattern within the above opening hours.
