Your experience

We are looking for talented graduates, students graduated in:

·  Business Administration (+ Law) or Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics with high motivation and interest in Investment Banking and eager to learn within an international environment.
·  In addition, we would also value candidates with a related master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Successful candidates will join a 12 month rotational scheme in Madrid among different Departments, which combines not only hands-on training but also traveling abroad to learn alongside colleagues from each of the international CIB teams. Candidates will receive exceptional training in BBVA with the goal that once they successfully complete the Programme it will be reviewed whether they join the Bank definitely.

We would like to know you better so, in addition to your CV,  please do not forget to attach a copy of your Bachelor’s academic records/transcript, as it is compulsory in order to move forward on the process.  Please, remember that if you are already registered on our career site, your CV must be up to date. 

The recruitment process will include psychometric tests and personal interviews. Along the recruitment process you will have the opportunity of sharing your interests and show the abilities you have acquired during your studies and/or career.
