What are we looking for?
Academic and Experience:
· Undergraduate degree in any of the following disciplines: finance, mathematics, physics or engineering.
· Master in quantitative finance or in any other quantitative field.
· More than 3 years of experience either in Quantitative areas of either Global Markets unit, or an Asset Management company.
· A good understanding of the investment process, investment management industry, portfolio theory, and financial markets
· Good knowledge of the fundamental factors driving assets returns (with high Equity expertise)
· Good practical knowledge of equity and credit derivatives
· Experience with the following programming languages: VBA, Python.
· Progress towards a CFA charter.
· Knowledge of analytical platforms such as Bloomberg.
Languages:
· Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presenting.
This position will require the candidate to have a valid Mifid certification . In case the candidate is not certified, they will have to obtain the pertaining certification upon the incorporation to the role.

Support the QIS Head of Product Development. Leading the Development and Evolution of QIS Platform. Driving the development of the product offering in the matter of expertise. Leading the Development, the Investment Strategies that meet the required quality and suitability for the different client’s needs
About the job
· Design and develop QIS strategies across asset classes (with a high Equity focus) based on fundamental, macro and technical indicators.
· Work closely with sales and trading departments to ensure that products are in line with client requirements.
· Create rulebooks for the designed strategies.
· Liaise with quants in to explain the rulebook so that the production model could be implemented.
· Work on creating and maintaining the structuring model of the strategy.
· Collaborate with other support functions within the business. Develop efficient tools to automate manual processes.
