Contribuirás a la ejecución / operación de un proceso de BE Customer Care Claims con el objetivo de cumplir los estándares de calidad y productividad definidos y comprometidos.

Lo que harás:

·  Ejecutar procesos de ámbito de BE Customer Care Claims y promover la mejora continua asociada a una función o disciplina.
·  Trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipos autogestionados.
