What are we looking for?

Your experience

We are looking for a talented graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Management, International Business, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Quantitative Mathematics, with high motivation and interest in Investment Banking and eager to learn within an international environment.  In addition, we would also value candidates with a related master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Two successful candidates will join a 12 months rotation in Global Clients Coverage China business or Global Transaction Banking Asia business (in Shanghai / Hong Kong) in order to improve their understanding and knowledge of how the business operates. The candidate will receive exceptional training in BBVA with the goal that once they successfully complete the Programme it will be reviewed whether they join the Bank definitely.

The recruitment process will include psychometric tests and personal interviews. Along the recruitment process you will have the opportunity of sharing your interests and show the abilities you have acquired during your studies and/or career.
