Los Analysts son los miembros con menor experiencia de los equipos de operaciones. Se encargan de las tareas más genéricas, representan la parte más líquida del Business Execution Group, pero conforme avanzan en su carrera profesional se van especializando un tema técnico acompañados por la Comunidad de Práctica. Para ejercer de estos roles, los empleados comparten una serie de capacidades: - Cierto grado de conocimiento en algunos temas - Flexibilidad para trabajar en varias posiciones y ganas de aprender
