Treasury is responsible for managing the key resources of capital, balance sheet, funding and liquidity providing the bank, its businesses and other stakeholders, such as regulatory authorities, with key information, policies, standards, metrics and methodologies.

Overall purpose of role:
The role support capabilities that allow Treasury Finance controllers to manage and transact hedge accounting for both Interest Rate and FX instruments across multiple legal entities and levels of consolidations. Also this role further supports to activities for financial instrument data import, asset & swap matching into hedge arrangements, swap reservations to local and general ledgers. All of which will require enhancements and stability through the T3 (Treasury Transaction Technology) commitments and beyond.
Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

o Key specific accountabilities.
o This role is responsible for providing L2 support to a suite of Trade Execution, Booking, Risk Management, Reporting, Hedging & Settlement applications.
o Handle production incidents to restore systems in a timely manner, using strong interpersonal skills to manage users and other stakeholder teams including application development groups. Demonstrating a sense of urgency to resolve or escalate issues.
o Perform detailed analysis of root causes, followed by resolution either directly or via stakeholder teams to ensure high levels of application stability and reliability.
o Establish and maintain a strong working relationships with interfacing support teams, development teams & business stakeholders in other regions to fulfill complex support requirements.
o Constantly focus on improvements including automation of manual processes & stability/supportability improvements.
o Participate in weekend or afterhours work to support critical business initiative such as application rollouts, infrastructure changes or disaster recovery tests will be required at times
o Work with Development team to rollout changes in the production environment (Release Management)
o Maintain knowledge base of known defects and issues, processes and support techniques
o Stakeholder management and leadership.
o Candidate should be capable to interact with stakeholders from Treasury Technology Teams and Liquidity Reporting business teams.
o Ensure right level of information (service management, Application Issue investigation reports, Problem Management reporting etc) provided to stakeholders with proper reviews within team.
o Decision making and problem solving.
o Ability to understand the business context and respond to users is more important over the in-depth technology skills
o Ability to work under pressure, work on multiple tasks simultaneously and continue to support users and applications
o Service oriented and able to follow the processes in delivering the KPIs
o Risk and Control

Your Skills and Qualifications will include
· Education/Experience
o Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Science)
o Experience with application support best practices & methodologies
· Functional & Technical Skills
o Good understanding on Trade Life cycle, Risk, Hedging & Settlements concepts.
o Excellent analytical skills to be able to determine the cause of an incident or a practical interim workaround whilst under pressure, complimented by Good problem solving and diagnostic skills
o Technical proficient enough to understand how the processes in production environment work and have enough knowledge of Windows, Unix, MSSQL Databases, Autosys scheduling & Power shell scripting to diagnose problems.
o Knowledge of ITIL concepts corresponding to incident, Problem management & Change Management.
