Job Title Security Architecture Solutions Consultant
Location Radbroke (Knutsford)
Security Architecture consists of domain architects who are responsible for domain strategy, including governance over selected vendors and products, and solution architects, who are responsible for producing fit-for-purpose security solutions, aligned to strategy
Your Role
·
Produce & contribute to designs that are robust and are able to deal with possible sources of disruption including malice, error and mischance.
·
Work with domain architects to ensure designs align to strategy and highlight exceptions for management
·
Assist with the identification of foundational security and technology challenges, removing the barriers through technical innovation.
·
Deliver world class solutions in terms of quality, efficiency and cost.
·
Have a good understanding of the organisations security policies and associated standards.
·
Work with client stakeholders and program managers to enable the business to operate within acceptable risk levels.
·
Coordinate with Project Managers and Technical Teams to manage the clients' expectations and demands while maintaining good client relationships.
·
Keep CSAIC Management informed of key risks and issues to enable informed decisions regarding security control implementation and risk management.
Essential Skills
·
Excellent practical & theoretical understanding of security strategies and technologies
·
Strong understanding of the security mechanisms associated with cloud hosting providers, cloud management & cloud security patterns, container security & orchestration technologies
·
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
·
Knowledge in multiple information security technologies and their strengths and shortcomings
Desirable Skills
·
Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and standards such as ISO17799/27001 and their implementation.
·
Experienced with consulting on security build guides, tools and configurations.
·
Has a comprehensive grasp of emerging security technologies.
