It all starts with you
Provide business fulfillment support to the sales team in the Private Bank Suite by acting as the conduit between Private Bankers, Credit Operations, product houses and operational environments and perform all activities required to prepare, finalize and fulfill client application requests received from the Private Bankers.
What you'll give our business
You will be responsible for portfolio support for example; logging complaints, dealing with inbound calls and maintaining all clients documents. Another accountability is portfolio analytics for example; preparing interview packs, monitoring client portfolio, conduct pre credit assessments and assist in client contact plan. You will also be accountable for credit decisioning on Risk monitoring like drawing enquiries and obtaining outstanding information. The last accountabilities concluded are the suite administration and the self-development.

Desired profile
What you'll need
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
· Institute of Bankers (IOB) NQF level 5 qualification or equivalent in Banking e.g. Certificate or Diploma in Banking
· NQF level 6 degree or equivalent in Banking and RE Exams
· 3 years general Banking and/or Credit experience within a Financial Institution.
· 2 years' experience in customer Services environment, i.e. client interaction and direct exposure in relationship management and portfolio management, i.e. Sales Support background
· Experience in the Credit and/or Operations areas. Experience in the interpretation of client information, including Financial Statements
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the Internet
· No criminal record
