As a Barclays Relationship Assistant , you'll play an important role in our trade & Working Capital Sales Finance team. You'll be a key contact supporting the Relationship Manager with a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering an excellent service by dealing with queries regarding sales and service related issues smoothly and efficiently. It's all about building meaningful relationships with your customers, anticipating their complex needs and making sure we meet them, and to make that happen, you'll be given all the tools and training you need to progress your career.

As a Relationship Assistant, your main responsibilities will involve:
• To support the Relationship Manager to ensure that excellent service is provided to clients across all Sales Finance products.
• Answer and resolve telephone and email queries from Customers, Customer Service Representatives, Internal Departments and Branches, regarding service related issues.
• To compile and communicate key administrative requests
As a Relationship Assistant, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Excellent Customer Service skills – both with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• A strong sense of commercial awareness, supported by management and leadership skills
• Proven organisational abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy

4. Outcome: Following your interview, we'll be in touch within five working days of all interviews being completed to advise you of the outcome.
