Quality Assurance Assessor
As a Barclays Mortgage Quality Assurance Assessor, you'll enjoy a great opportunity to be part of a fast- paced team and develop new skills in a risk/compliance environment. Undertaking detailed testing activity through a combination of call observations, review of supporting paperwork, and direct contact with customers, we'll look to you to identify regulatory issues in relation to mortgage and protection advice. Seeking to continually promote fair principles by identifying emerging customer risks, you'll also be making recommendations to proactively manage risk.

As a Mortgage Quality Assurance Assessor, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Making the customers' lives easier by understanding their requirements
• Delivering a high-quality service and operating by the 'treating customers fairly' principle
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, to ensure they receive the feedback they need to develop
• Ensuring we maintain and strengthen our reputation as a responsible, caring and trusted organisation
As a Mortgage Quality Assurance Assessor, your skills and qualifications will include:
• CeMAP 1,2,3 or the equivalent and the minimum regulatory standards for a mortgage adviser
• Detailed knowledge of mortgage-related products and the mortgage solution process
• Detailed insight into mortgage, general insurance and banking codes
• Experience of a retail or compliance environment
• The ability to work effectively in a variable environment

5. Outcome: We will keep you updated throughout the process. If you attend an interview, we'll be in touch within five working days of all interviews being completed to advise you of the outcome.
