Customer Advisor – Premier Relationship Banking

The starting salary for a Premier Relationship Banker is £18,580.

As a Customer Advisor – Premier Relationship Banking we'll look to you to develop a real rapport with your customers, helping them with their particular needs and queries which could include high net worth investments. You'll gain their trust and confidence as you establish a clear picture of their individual requirements and then liaise closely with your colleague's in-branch to identify products and services that fit the customer perfectly. You'll be encouraged to grow in your role, and work in new innovative ways - and you can expect the training, development and digital skills you need to deliver the excellence our customers expect.

As a Customer Advisor – Premier Relationship Banking your main responsibilities will involve:

• Being a Digital Expert; proactively guiding and supporting customers through the flexibility of digital service to ensure they have confidence in using their channels of choice, e.g. Barclays Mobile Banking, Pingit, On-Line Banking, Premier Rewards.

• Listening to customer's needs and building relationships, making them aware of products that may be suitable for them

• Proactively welcoming customers to a regional portfolio of Premier Core accounts via outbound calling the regional portfolio in line with the contact strategy to deliver strong relationships with your customers (those customers who have 75k income and/or over 100k assets)

• Understanding the customers query, looking at the situation from different angles to offer the best solution

• Reactively managing via inbound calls, collaboratively with a group of other Premier Relationship Bankers.
