Overall purpose of role:
We want our Prague Technology Centre to become the number one technology employer in the Czech Republic by creating an environment where people can do interesting and challenging work whilst developing their careers and having fun. Since 2008 our Technology Centre in Prague has grown to become a strategic location for development, testing, and application management, primarily servicing our Investment Banking division. Our Early Careers program aims to support and train technology graduates, equipping them to make ever-larger contributions to the work that shapes tomorrow for customers, clients, our businesses, and their career.

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
Whichever area you join, you'll work in a varied and dynamic technical environment that includes C#, Java, C++, HTML5, iOS, Android, MS SQL Server, Hadoop, Messaging, Agile, Test Automation, and Application Management. The challenges you'll face could include:
· Enhancing the functionality of systems and applications
· Analyzing code to find new process improvements
· Writing scripts for data pulls and analysis
· Developing user interfaces for applications
· Working with business areas to understand and meet their needs

Your Skills and Qualifications will include
You must be highly motivated, have a passion for innovation and be open to learning in this fast paced environment. You should be in the process of completing a university degree in technology. We work in an international environment, so you must be able to communicate in English to become an effective member of a global team. It's preferable that you have an interest in finance, which will help you expand your role beyond technology solutions.
