It All Starts With You
To mitigate the bank's losses by directly interfacing with Debt Counselor's and evaluating the possibilities of re-structuring and rehabilitating the customer.

What You'll Give Our Business
Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day operations, like handling the total customer portfolio and queries, liaising, negotiating and escalating concerns. You will have full ownership of individual statistics. Team work is essential here, so you would have to support others and show respect and positive regard at all times. Another accountability will include the Risk management, which is completing the required compliance, training and procedures of ABSA policy. You last duty that you will be completing is MIS Reporting. This can be defined as
consolidating data to track progress and status of all customer portfolio's and activities in the weekly/monthly report required by the team leader Debt Review, and provide any commentary needed to contextualize the data used in the reports.

Desired profile

Requirements
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
·  NQF level : Grade 12
·  2 years' experience in the credit environment
·  1 Year Debt review experience
·  NQF Level 5; Preferred.
·  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the Internet
·  No criminal record
