It all starts with you
You will need to be able to create new business for Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance (AVAF) through building relationships with Internal stakeholders such as the Branch network, Workplace Banking, Brokers, Trust, AVAF Sales Consultant, etc. as well as existing and new customers.

Customer needs will be identified accurately and they will receive the appropriate banking advice and guidance. Customer's satisfaction will be enhanced by delivering exceptional customer service by adhering to the Absa Service Standards. Some Key Accountability will include achievement of sales targets, facilitation of deal process, determining reasons for low sales volume and also continuously adding value during stakeholder engagements.

Desired profile

What you'll need
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
·  NQF level 5 qualification or higher
·  Two (2) years' sales experience with AVAF solution environment
·  RE Exam completed
·  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the Internet
·  No criminal record
