Job description

Job Title KYC Data Remediation Analyst
Location Glasgow

Responsible for providing support for ongoing remediation and refresh of existing clients. As a specialist member of the KYC (Know Your Customer) team responsible for supporting Standard Risk Refresh activity by carrying out partial refreshes in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and in compliance with UK & global financial regulations.

What you'll be doing?

•Provide support to the team including special jobs, gathering and dissemination

of data, and support to Team Leaders
•Lliaise with front office colleagues to ensure no date conflicts exist between

source system and completed Tax operations forms
•Manually carry out Business Analysis Reviews (BAR) on completed cases

ensuring all the required actions have been carried out before the case is

forwarded to QC
•Use a high level of attention to detail to complete tasks ‘right first time, every

time', ensuring the KYC Team's ‘right first time' targets are met for all tasks
•Support team leaders in completion of a range of administrative tasks as

required
•Contribute to a supportive and proactive working culture by sharing knowledge

and expertise with other team members and providing training to colleagues

when necessary
•Ensure the Team meets all target SLA's, and providing a quick and efficient

service

What we're looking for:

•Proven experience in a target driven role
•Good stakeholder management and communication skills
•The ability to work as part of a team

Skills that will help you in the role:

•Good knowledge and understanding of the legislation that affects Barclays and

our Clients (including the Data Protection Act, Companies Act, Insolvency Act,

Financial Services Act, Money Laundering and confidentiality regulations). –

•Knowledge of the roles and business activities carried out by other teams in the

Corporate Bank - as well as across Barclays' other business functions – with an

understanding of how these relate to the KYC Team's role and business

activities.
•Prior experience with using the Corporate Bank's computer systems (such as

Customer Fullserve) would also be valuable.
