International Support Manager

As a Barclays International Support Manager, you'll be an active member of our servicing team which provide expert support and advice to Business Banking customers and colleagues. We will look to you to drive forward the banks ‘Go-to' ethos by maintaining and improving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Business Managers focusing on the delivery of world class service to a wide range of Business Banking customers by building trust, confidence and a reliable support to the Business Managers.

As an International Support Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Supporting the delivery of world-class service by taking care of all complex telephone conversations with customers relating to their specific international needs.
• Working with colleagues in specialist branch sectors and other areas of the business to manage customer expectations.
• Take responsibility for your own performance and contribute towards the overall teams performance.

As an International Support Manager, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Experience in a customer service role
• Evidence of advanced customer management skills
• Confidence in managing compliance and risk
• Excellent time-management, self-planning and organisational skills
• The ability to manage change effectively

4. Outcome: Following your interview, we'll be in touch within five working days of all interviews being completed to advise you of the outcome.
