Job Title : IAM Data Services Support
Location : Pune
Data Services Support Analyst – Individual contributor for support issues, primary point of contact for potential control breaches, email escalations.
What will you be doing?
- Candidate must have good understanding of all the ITIL standards.
- Demonstrate prudence, sound judgement and appropriate and timely escalations in the management of all types of risk applicable
- Candidate should have hands on exposure on one of the technology amongst the SQL, ORACLE, arangoDB.
- It would be good to have basic understanding on core JAVA and ASP.Net programming frameworks.
- Candidate must have profound understanding of data feed management concepts.
- Excellent on handing the critical communications during the buzzing hours of escalations.
- Comprehensive exposure on email escalation process and tool administration abilities.
- Required deep understanding of IAM Controls framework.
- Candidate should have ability to articulate business & technical impact of issues to stockholders.
- Aspirant must possess the sound exposure on infrastructure related issues.
- Candidate should have sound exposure on troubleshooting the database issues and obtaining the concrete query performance plan for tedious queries.
- Highlight risk and issues via effective control and Standard Barclays processes.
- Ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirement and Barclays policies and standards.
- Actively participate in internal initiatives outside project work (for example, adoption of new tools and internal process improvements).
- Strong Reporting, analytic, incident management and problem management skill set.
- Good to have knowledge of Report tools such as Tableau.
- Candidate should have ability to design and implement Feed management workflows with BPM tools, SSIS Jobs.
- Candidate must have brief exposure on taking the decisions during major incidents, outages on matters related to service degradation and managing communications to impacted stakeholders. Be able to supplement with a rationale for decisions taken.
- Aspirant must be familiar with reading Query Execution Plans with the ability to evaluate and improve performance characteristics of SQL and ETL processes.
- Report all risk events/incidents/issues immediately upon discovery and escalate significant events/incidents/issues using the defined process.

- Ability to work and adapt to an increasingly global operating model.
- Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure (platform, middleware, network and applications).
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework, vocabulary and best practices.
- Good Understanding of IT Security framework.
