Job Title: Hyperion Planning Developer
Location: Glasgow

Then you're exactly what we are looking for in a Hyperion Planning developer. As part of the Risk, Finance and Treasury (RFT) team, you'd be working with Hyperion Planning applications and processes. What will you be doing?

· You will be responsible for development, testing and documentation of Planning & Forecasting solution(s) in the bank using Hyperion platforms
· Delivering key migrations & releases from pre-prod environments to the PROD environment
· Producing a series of management information reports showing trend analysis
· Performing in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) into application/system issues
· Supporting the troubleshooting of issues within the ETL overnight load process and diagnosing load issues within FDM
· Managing mappings, troubleshooting FDM batchload scripts and outages experienced within FDM
· Designing & developing all aspects of new Workforce Planning tools and processes

What we're looking for:

· Programming skills with proven experience working with relational database technologies such as MS SQL Server or Oracle relational databases
· Someone who is able to write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical code for Workforce Planning applications and business system processes
· Ideally you would be keen to design and manage aspects of the workforce planning

Skills that will help you in the role:

· Hands on experience using BI Tools such as Tableau or Qlikview
· Any work with ETL modelling (eg SSIS)
· Knowledge or practical experience of Oracle Hyperion Products (Oracle DRM & FDMEE/ODI, OBIEE etc.) would be beneficial
· Proven success working with Agile methodologies and in Agile Project delivery teams
