Build a career as a HR Team Leader
Job Purpose:
To lead and coach a team of Tier 1 and 2 HR consultants in the HR Contact Centre (HRCC) ensuring that the HR Contact Centre (HRCC) delivers a seamless streamlined HR support and query resolution service across the HR value chain.
Some Key Performance Areas Include:
People Management
· Ensure that each team member has a detailed development plan and that development actions are being tracked.
· With support from the HR Business Partner for HR and Manager HR Contact centre, interview and appoint team members and other HR functions.
Performance Coaching
· Prepare summary performance reports for each employee as input to their for Performance Development plan based on Quality Assurance Data prepared during the six months leading up to the PD discussion.
HR Customer Service
· Resolve queries or complaints escalated from the team members.
· Monitor volumes of queries received on the different entry channels to ensure that the team is staffed correctly.
· Review call statistics on a daily basis to determine if calls were answered in the agreed SLA and if all emails were resolved within the promised 48 hours.
Develop the Team
· Conduct training needs analysis for all members of the team on at least an annual basis and ensure that the required training is budgeted for and implemented.
Risk Management
· Participate on a rotational basis, in the operational risk processes in the HRCC for Risk and Control Assessments, Information Security, Data Privacy, Information Security.
Desired profile
Requirements:
· Diploma in HRM or (NQF level no.5).
· HR Degree or an NQF Level 6 equivalent preferred.
· 2-3 years' HR Generalist role at Consultant/Advisor level experience.
· 1-2 years' Experience supervising a contact centre team preferred.
