About Global HR Operations
HR Services is at the heart of HR providing operational support to line manager and colleagues on:
· On boarding and screening administration
· Personal information updates
· People management (e.g. absence, transfers and exit)
· Organisation and position management
· Learning administration
· Performance management administration
· Payroll
· Contingent worker management

Overall purpose of role
· To provide a first class customer service for business clients, employees, managers, candidates and HR colleagues.
· Act as a central point of contact for HR processes related queries via phone, chat & e-mail.
· Support to the Learning & Performance Teams, ensuring that the day to day administration of the Learning Management System/My Performance system and implementation of requirements to the business is effective.
· Support the Employee Data Management and Resourcing Service Line by ensuring timely and relevant completion of HRSS controls and check and have the ability to work in a culture of high governance.
Key Accountabilities
Talent Learning System
To carry out the day to day administration of the Talent Learning System :
· Maintain learning catalogue – create events, create, upload & maintain e-learning solutions;
· Manage Learning sessions & logistics – source trainer & venue, create session, produce & issue reports and mark attendance;
· Record external Learning;
· Create & share reports;
· Resolution of customer queries.
Employee Data management
Support the Employee Data Management Service :
· Process new hires/transfers/leavers requests
· Manage all Personal Data change requests
· Administer changes to maternity, paternity, adoption and other leave processes
· Update relevant portal content where necessary
Performance Management
To provide administration support for My Performance system and support employees, line managers and HRBPs on Performance Management policy and functionality queries based on SLAs as per PM Service Catalogue:
· Update and manage system announcements;
· Provision privileged access groups;
· Respond and resolve end user and specialist team queries;
· Provide initial incident triage support;
· Comply with approval processes and ensure all controls are met at all times.
Resourcing
Recruitment process support:
· Update & maintain e-recruitment tool /Portal in line with information received from Resourcing team e.g. amend assessment test;
· Prepare e-Contract & issue to candidate. Track to ensure acknowledgement / acceptance;
· Manage Screening Activity;
· HR Ops management of general queries regarding resourcing
Customer Service , Compliance and MI
· Resolve customer queries, via phone and e-mail by analysing root cause and owning through to resolution;
· Deliver operational SLA's whilst demonstrating the right level of quality and control;
· Ensure that controls are completed on time and documented and evidenced appropriately;
· Production of operational MI to meet business needs.
Person Specification
Essential
Knowledge and Expertise:
· Customer Service experience – ability to handle difficult callers and explain complex query's clearly.
· Excellent communication skills - verbal, written & presentation (English and French).
· General keyboard & PC skills, including strong excel skills, enabling analysis of accurate MI and data compilation from various reporting tools.
· Ability to work under pressure, coordinate and prioritise activities, self-discipline and motivation.
Preferred
· Knowledge of Barclays HR Policies and Procedures.
· In depth Knowledge of other HR processes/areas and their links to Employee Services including SAP/Siebel connector, Organisation & Position Management (OM/PM), MI, Employee Relations, HR Policy, HR Legal and Redundancy.
· Experience in using HR applications and systems.
· Additional language would be advantage e.g. Italian
· Ability to work rotating shifts.
