Campus Recruitment is committed to identifying, attracting and recruiting the brightest and best students from target business schools and undergraduate universities/colleges worldwide. The Campus Recruitment team is responsible for the attraction, recruitment and retention of high potential junior talent via our EMEA Internship and Graduate Programmes.

Banking Campus Recruiter
You will work as part of the EMEA Campus Recruitment team, supporting the Banking lead across all areas of the Campus Recruitment cycle – focussing on hiring for the Front Office Spring Programme, the Banking Summer and Off-Cycle Internship, and the Banking Graduate Programme.

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

Attraction
· Delivery of the on-campus strategy in partnership with the broader Campus Recruitment Team; continuously looking to target and convert high potential candidates.
· Delivery of the on-campus Diversity strategy across the Front Office and via broader events / initiatives.
· Delivery of a positive candidate experience, working with the Banking Coordinator to manage day-to-day queries from students/candidates via telephone and email.
· Executing events to a high standard, ensuring all are fully staffed, that representatives are briefed in advance and that we achieve strong ROI post the event.
· Attending/Facilitating events to represent Barclays, which include making both internal/external presentations.

Selection
· Delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process and pipeline management, ensuring we are hiring the appropriate mix of profiles to meet business demands.
· Delivery of the Diversity strategy across the selection process, supporting the hiring of high potential talent and ensuring a fair and consistent process. Engaging with our Diversity partners where required.
· Responsible for hiring into selected non-London regions; partnering with the local business contacts and HRBPs to deliver a fair and consistent recruitment process.
· Candidate management through online application system.
· Partnering with Banking Lead to staff Interviews; ensuring that all Assessors are fully briefed in advance.
· Managing the end-to-end execution of Assessment Centres and providing feedback to candidates.
· Managing the conversion of candidates; ensuring offer letters are sent and delivering the keep-warm strategy.
· Working with the Banking Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of onboarding for all hires.

Internship Programmes
· Supporting with Summer and Off-Cycle Internship Programme design, using feedback from previous season to create a market-leading intern experience, always seeking continuous improvement.
· Arranging intern training and events; working with the Banking Coordinator to secure trainers, speakers and venues for each Programme. Managing the associated budget.
· Ensuring a high level of business engagement across the core Internship Programmes, alongside other Diversity initiatives throughout the year.
· Managing multiple schedules across the different Summer and Off-Cycle intakes, ensuring all communications / updates and performance management actions take place at the correct times.
· Supporting with team allocations across the Internship Programmes
· Partnering with Banking Lead on all Performance Management / Benchmarking conversations during the Internship Programmes – ensuring a fair and consistent process.
· Extending offers at the end of the Internship Programme
· Managing smooth hand-over of converted interns to the Graduate Development team

Data / MI
· Providing regular MI reports to the Banking Lead on a variety of metrics to evaluate ROI throughout the season.
· Providing regular MI packs for Banking; ensuring information is tailored to our different internal audiences.
· Partnering with the Banking Lead to prepare the data and storyboard to support the end of season review.
· Maintaining a tight control on budget allocated for the Banking Internship.

Stakeholder Management
· Delivering a high level of client service across all relationships and at all Corporate Levels, taking a solutions focussed and honest approach with the continued goal to act as a “Trusted Advisor” to stakeholders.
· Owning the relationship with specific teams within Banking and specific EU regions (to be determined in role).
· In partnership with the Banking Lead, regular engagement with our internal partners including key contacts in Campus Recruitment, Graduate Development, Talent Management, HR and Resourcing.
· Responsible for proactively establishing relationships with other Campus Recruiters to identify efficiencies and knowledge sharing opportunities.

Risk and Control
· All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
· Adherence to all hiring policies and regulations; especially in relation to the management of candidate referrals in partnership with our Compliance colleagues.
· Accountable for ensuring all audit requirements are met throughout the season; delivering a fair and consistent recruitment process for all hires.

The role holder's responsibilities do not limit to the above-listed points, which means he/she is expected to take other adhoc projects and provide supports to the members of the team in the same location/region and globally.

Role requirements

The successful candidate must have proven experience of high volume Campus Recruitment, ideally within the Financial Services Industry – any Investment Bank or a Global Organisation is preferred.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate the following qualities:

· Experience in delivering the end-to-end Recruitment Cycle across attraction, selection, retention and ideally programme design and delivery.
· Experience in driving innovation in Diversity Recruitment across all Diversity streams.
· Solid understanding of the key challenges in the Campus Recruitment Market and with our competitors.
· Experience of stakeholder management across multiple business / internal audiences; confident communicator with all corporate levels
· Excellent interpersonal skills - polished, enthusiastic and professional working style
· Strong team player- resilient working under pressure and to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
· Proactive self-starter – able to work independently, take initiative and drive projects to completion
· Flexible/Adaptable to the work environment/market landscape – especially in the peak season
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks with strong organisational skills
· Strong analytical ability with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong discipline around best practice and data integrity in relation to recruitment regulation and policy
· Focussed on self-development and continuously looking to expand their knowledge and network
· Previous experience of hiring into non-London region is ideal, but not essential.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; confident user of Excel to manipulate and present data via formulas / VLOOUKP / Pivot Tables, etc.
