When a customer contacts ABSA Financial Services to discuss their insurance needs, they want to be able to speak to our dedicated and reliable Financial Advisors who can provide them with solutions for their Life and short term assurance, whilst regularly reviewing their clients portfolios in order to build a sustainable broker practice, providing them with the best financial advise of only ABSA products.
What you'll give our customers
Your aim will be to establish and maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders which include the Client, Bank personnel, product providers and Adviser Support staff in order to maximise the customer experience by providing solutions and options available to the client and recommend the most appropriate solutions. To identify the long term and or short term risk and give advice to clients on their life and or short term assurance needs using ABSA products.

Desired profile
What you'll need
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
· NQF – 60 FAIS credits at NQF level 4 for Short term or 120 FAIS credits with a full FSB approved qualification at NQF level 5 for Life Insurance.
· Clear criminal record
· Proven two-year experience in a Relevant Life or Short Term Insurance Industry
· CFP or equivalent will be an advantage
· Higher certificate in insurance will be an advantage
· Membership of a professional association e.g. LUASA ( Life Underwriting Association of South Africa),
