As a Financial Institution (FI) Onboarding Analyst , we will depend on you for the on boarding of new and existing Financial Institution business and for support of pricing and billing activities. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will support your primarily focus of servicing and managing internal stakeholders, as well as some external client communication. You will be responsible for the end to end customer Onboarding process, and, in time will be required to support colleagues as a subject matter expert on the billing systems and platforms that support our FI clients.

As a Financial Institution (FI) Onboarding Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Consistently demonstrating full ownership of the onboarding process from point of hand-off by the respective coverage point to handover with clear communication to all key stakeholders throughout.
• Taking accountability for checking of work completed by other parties as required, using access to systems to verify that instructions have been carried out in accordance with requirements.
• Maintaining, and proactively develops, sound knowledge of KYC/Product/Credit to enable single ownership and support of customers through additional product set up and the on-boarding process.
• Ensuring adherence of the team to current procedures in place and any new procedures added
• Building positive relationships with the Global Corporate customer base
• Resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents

As a Financial Institution (FI) Onboarding Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Good analytical skills. Understanding root cause analysis of Onboarding delays
• The ability to manage effective communication plans
• Excellent time management
• Possessing a self-starter attitude with the initiative to tackle complex problems and close knowledge gaps
• Embracing the values and responsibilities of the brand; demonstrate and convey high levels of energy, enthusiasm and dynamism internally and externally
