About Customer Delivery
Customer Delivery, a business unit in the Operations and Technology organization, supports the execution of acquisition and existing customer marketing programs including new acquisition campaigns, provides TSYS development activities for implementing new functionality and updating existing functionality, and provides direct oversight and implementation activities of operational business processes and policies.
Overall purpose of role
This role will collaborate with all business areas in ensuring Disclosures are updated and maintained in accordance with these guidelines, and will help co-ordinate appropriate Compliance and Legal approval of new or amended Disclosure materials and communicating those changes to all impacted business. The group will maintain a full inventory of all Disclosure Materials across all business areas covering Credit Cards, Consumer Lending and Deposits and ensure at a minimum an annual review of all Disclosures take place to ensure they remain pertinent to the current products in the market, and associated regulatory requirements

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
· Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the project teams.
· Playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team.
· In situations that require a hybrid Agile approach, using good judgment and skill to develop a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints.
· Manage Disclosure materials within the defined Disclosure Management framework across designated business lines, constantly reviewing processes and procedures for efficiencies and to ensure correct controls are in place and being adhered to.
· Manage the inventory of all Disclosure materials for designated business lines within BCUS.
· Provide realistic assessment to stakeholders of the expected delivery date of updated Disclosure Materials to ensure consistency with their expectations
· Interacts with departmental Leadership to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
· As the group matures, support the migration of any manual tracking and procedures to identified automated and systemic solutions
Risk and Control Objective
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
Your Skills and Qualifications will include:
· 3-5 or more years project management experience, supporting clients.
· BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus
· 3-5 years project management experience in financial services, supporting clients.
· Demonstrated effectiveness managing and developing people.
· Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to accomplish objectives in a matrix management environment.
· Financial Services experience a plus.
· Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, in particular advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Demonstrated capability to manage groups within a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
· Able to quickly identify possible compliance issues
· Experience working with Process and Change Management
· Detail oriented
· Strong communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to interpret and document disclosures using appropriate language and terminology
