About Customer Delivery
Customer Delivery, a business unit in the Operations and Technology organization, supports the execution of acquisition and existing customer marketing programs including new acquisition campaigns, provides TSYS development activities for implementing new functionality and updating existing functionality, and provides direct oversight and implementation activities of operational business processes and policies.

Overall purpose of role:
The Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating with a project manager and in some cases be solely responsible for the planning, execution, control and completion of multiple small to medium projects or a single project of great complexity. Ensure all Customer Disclosures are accurate and comply with all pursuant regulatory guidelines. This role will collaborate with all business areas in ensuring Disclosures are updated and maintained in accordance with these guidelines. Maintain a full inventory of all Disclosure Materials across all business areas covering Credit Cards, Consumer Lending and Deposits and ensure at a minimum an annual review of all Disclosures take place to ensure they remain pertinent to the current products in the market, and associated regulatory requirements

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
o Creates project plans, risk and issues logs and other required documentation in accordance with project methodology guidelines.
o Conducts business analysis and works to identify project requirements across the project team, often interacting cross organizationally to ensure all impacted areas are identified and requirements gathered.
o Works with Quality Assurance teams to ensure test plans and test cases are created, and that pre-implementation and post implementation testing is executed, and that all identified issues are resolved in accordance with project requirements.
o Supports the activities of project teams and ensures projects are completed according to time schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client's needs.
o Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with the global trade store consumers and publishers
o Capturing and preparing business and functional requirements using structured analysis techniques.
o Facilitating business comprehension and sign off of requirements documentation.
o Managing business interaction through iterative development and testing cycles.
o Development of business and functional requirements and functional design specifications.
o Coordinate preparation of testing strategy and test scripts, execution of system and integration testing. Support the Disclosure Manager in managing Disclosure materials within the defined Disclosure Management framework across designated business lines, constantly reviewing processes and procedures for efficiencies and to ensure correct controls are in place and being adhered to.
o Maintain the inventory of all Disclosure materials for designated business lines within BCUS.
o Provide realistic assessment to the Disclosure Manager and Group Lead of the expected delivery date of updated Disclosure Materials to ensure consistency with their expectations
o Interacts with departmental Leadership to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
o As the group matures, support the migration of any manual tracking and procedures to identified automated and systemic solutions

Risk and Control: All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

Your Skills and Qualifications will include:
Basic Qualifications
o Typically 1-3 or more years Business Analyst or project management experience in financial services, supporting clients.
o Credit Card industry experience required

Preferred Qualifications
o Ability to multitask and react in a fast-paced organization
o Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
o Strong organization and prioritization skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
o Process mapping and procedure writing.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, in particular advanced Microsoft Excel skills
o Demonstrated capability to work within a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
o Able to quickly identify possible compliance issues
o Strong communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to interpret and document disclosures using appropriate language and terminology.
o Detail oriented
o Typically 3 or more years Business Analyst or project management experience, supporting clients.
o Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
o Ability to multi-task several projects concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with executive level customers and partner, as well as, internal and external contacts
o Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external constituents
o Strong presentation skills
o Highly motivated, energetic, extremely personable, comfortable working closely with executive management
o Control or risk management experience
o Experience and understanding of Marketing Campaigns
