Your role will be to grow the Absa customer base through acquisition and increased customer profitability of the identified portfolio. Gain new customers and increase portfolio's of current customers through proactive attraction, cross-selling and retention.

What you'll give our customers
Customer needs will be identified accurately and they will receive the appropriate banking advice and guidance. You would have to execute transacting processes pertaining to International Banking products with direct client interaction in accordance with all laid down policies and procedures.

Desired profile

What you'll need
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:

·  National Diploma or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification or higher with good pass rate in Financial subjects
·  2 years' job related work experience
·  Exposure to International Banking products and procedures
·  Job related training an advantage
·  IOB certificate is an advantage
·  Commenced or to commence with IOB Diploma Treasury Management & International Banking is preferred
·  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the Internet
·  No criminal record
