Cash Management Team Leader

As a Barclays Team Leader for our Cash Management Team you will lead, motivate and develop the performance of a team of up to 15 people. You will ensure delivery of effective query handling, opportunity spotting and excellent service delivery that exceeds client expectations. You will have the opportunity to work with fellow team leaders both within your centre as well as nationally to ensure consistency, share best practice and ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service across our customer propositions.

As a Team Leader – Cash Management Team, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Creating a high performance environment between your team as well as wider teams throughout the business
• Promoting and continually supporting customer service initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to continual improvement and idea generation
• Leading, developing and motivating your team against the achievement of service standards and opportunity spotting
• Undertaking continuous review of staff training and development, to enable individual and team targets to be achieved
• Conducting regular staff reviews in order to encourage, recognise and reward each individual
• Being responsible for analysis and reporting of team statistics and the overall service performance of the team

As a Team Leader – Cash Management Team, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Previous team leadership and management experience
• The ability to work calmly and constructively under pressure
• An understanding of the importance of meeting and exceeding client expectations
• First class communication skills with excellent organisation and planning ability
• A strong level of computer literacy and proficient keyboard skills
• A commitment to provide a world-class service and drive our dedication to the client experience

4. Outcome: Following your interview, we'll be in touch within five working days of all interviews being completed to advise you of the outcome.
