CMCV IT :

Collateral Management & Client Valuations (CMCV) IT is responsible for the banks collateral management platform, which is used to manage credit risk and perform collateral management for all the positions the bank holds with external clients. It supports a number of asset classes, primarily OTC Derivatives.

Overall purpose of role:
· Development of the new features across the Collateral management area
· Support the platform / work on sustainable requirements to keep existing platform working

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
· Develop software as per the requirements
· Translate user/business requirements
· Deliver software to release managers for acceptance testing and production releases
· Help in analysis and design of the software
· Participates in technological discussions to help drive the technological direction
· Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards.

Your Skills and Qualifications will include

· Demonstrable experience of developing large enterprise-wide software solutions
· Full SDLC in a .NET environment
· Understanding of distributed architectures
· Strong server-side C# development skills
· Strong MS SQL Server 2008/2012
· Strong design / OOP / design patterns, SoC / DI / IoC
· Good understanding of SOA, web services, REST
· Good understanding of source control, release management and software development cycle
· Intelligent, self-motivated individual who will fit well within an established team
· Good communication skills
