Client Service Executive (Larger Business) - German Speaking – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Duration of contract: 1 year

As a Client Service Executive (German Speaking), you'll play a key role in our Corporate Customer Servicing team. We'll look to you to deliver high-quality services to a wide range of corporate banking clients, making you a trusted contact both internally and externally. This role presents an excellent foundation to start a career in banking and finance – with significant networking opportunities and a wide range of potential paths to pursue.

As a Client Service Executive, your main responsibilities will involve :

• Responding to service requests – identifying needs and processing transactions to deliver great client and colleague journeys
• Acting as an experienced point of contact for technical and procedural queries
• Actively identifying opportunities for clients to transfer their servicing needs, to get the most out of their business
• Providing mutual support by coaching, training and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues
• Building an in-depth knowledge of your area, monitoring client and competitor behaviours, recognising trends and anticipating upcoming risks and opportunities

As a Client Service Executive, your skills and qualifications will include :

• It is essential that the successful candidate is fluent in written and spoken German
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Desirable to have previous banking experience however this is not essential
• A client-focused approach to work, and outstanding customer service skills
• The ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
• Proven experience in planning and organising your workload

3. Interview: If you're successful at assessment we'll invite you to attend a face-to-face interview. We want you to be free to choose an interview time that suits you, so we'll provide some options and ask you to select your preferred timeslot via an online booking system.
4. Outcome: Following your interview, we'll be in touch within five working days of all interviews being completed to advise you of the outcome.
