About Client Management Services

Client Management Services operates within part of Operations & Technology and is a centralised, global function, which supports the business by delivering and operating its client lifecycle services. CMS has an operational presence across 4 locations, comprising c.250 colleagues. CMS includes functions such as Client On-Boarding, Client Maintenance, Client Off-Boarding, Client Regulatory, Client Integration Assessment, KYC and Client Services.

Overall purpose of role:

The Onboarding Analyst is responsible for being the central point of contact for the client and business for onboarding. The Analyst will ensure that they manage the progress of requests within their portfolio and ensure smooth onboarding throughout the process. The Incumbent must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively with internal staff and clients, and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Follow-through skills and time management are critical elements of this position.

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
· Central Point of Contact for Client Onboarding for Business and Clients
· Develop client relationships throughout the onboarding process by providing clients with a “One-Stop” shop service model
· Prioritize requests with guidance from Business Leads (CIT/COO's).
· Utilize internal systems for workflow management and data storage.
· Respond to queries regarding the status of specific requests.
· Monitor the status of requests against agreed performance thresholds and escalate requests that have exceeded agreed cycle time thresholds.
· Collect documents and information from clients / sales to fulfil the requirements of our Onboarding and regulatory processes.
· Facilitate the legal documentation process to completion across asset class.
· Build strong working relationships and liaise with internal and external dependents including Clients, Sales, KYC, Credit, Legal and Operations
· Facilitate account maintenance, Change requests, deletion and mothballing as directed by the Client or internal stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications will include:

· Excellent client service skills
· Extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment and how it influences the client onboarding process
· Strong analytical skills and detail orientated
· Ability to manage multiple activities effectively and prioritise in line with Ops and Business priorities
· Good understanding of the E2E onboarding process.
· Be an effective and articulate communicator via e-mail and telephone especially important when communicating requirements and managing Client / Business expectations.
· Strong Excel skills
· Honours degree preferred but not essential
