Overall purpose of role:
The role holder will work as APAC Markets and OT&F Campus Recruiter responsible for the hiring of full-time graduates, summer and off-cycle internship classes (both Analyst and Associate) and all relevant activities, across Non-Japan Asia with a focus in Singapore and Hong Kong. The role holder will partner with various Markets and OT&F stakeholders, Talent Management and HR Business Partners to provide an excellent campus recruitment service to the business.
Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
Key specific accountabilities.
End to end ownership of all campus recruitment activity for the Markets (Sales and Trading, Quantitative Analytics and TCU) and Ops, Tech and Function across Singapore and Hong Kong.
· Understand and partner with APAC businesses to build a graduate hiring strategy.
· Manage the end to end process
· Screening of CVs to applicant shortlist.
· Management of interview process and feedback process.
· Offer management.
· Support of candidate throughout programme.
· Oversee the hiring approval process to ensure delivery of hiring targets in keeping with the graduate recruitment cycle.
· Clearly communicate with partners to provide updates throughout the recruiting process.
· Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
· Partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Hiring Managers to ensure successful on-boarding.
· Serve as a subject matter expert and campus hiring escalation point to address candidate and partner questions or issues.
· Assist in the management of on-site student group visits and summer internship program events.
· Design and implementation of internship summer programme.
· Management of 1 junior staff.

Your Skills and Qualifications will include
· Campus recruitment experience including interviewing & short listing candidates, campus marketing exposure, business partnering and managing stakeholders.
· Confident, enthusiastic and professional self-starter.
· Strong team player who is resilient when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
· Methodical, with strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and a results oriented approach. They will be able to work under own direction and use initiative.
· Able to work with a high level of professionalism and be able to build credibility with a demanding client group.
