Job Title Business Analyst
Location Radbroke Hall (Knutsford)

We are recruiting for a business analyst who will be responsible for Requirement elicitation, definition & validation along with use case definition and business process analysis for the Risk and Control Portfolio.
To provide support to identify, quantify, plan and control business design and analysis related activity on change projects in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects.

What will you be doing?

• You will be capturing, articulating and continuously refining Business Requirements collected from business / proposition stakeholders
• You will be documenting Functional and Non Functional Requirements and User Stories
• Support delivery teams across multiple geographic locations and enable Agile delivery
• Support multiple technical work streams on major business change projects and small change programmes to and within agreed Governance standards and methodologies
• Align to standard Design and Data led LEAN and Agile delivery methods
• You will be identifying and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner to the portfolio lead so that project risk can be mitigated with minimal impact
• You will be leading requirements elicitation on Risk and Controls major initiatives

What we're looking for:

• You will have a deep understanding of control concepts and practices:
• Have a wide network within the organisation and shows integrity while addressing challenging situations;
• You will be experienced at implementing or managing function-wide risk management processes and tools;
• Actively identifies and mitigates risks while weighting the pros and cons of various risk management models;

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Business Analysis of technology and operational change delivery project of over £500K
• Proven ability to deliver to timescales and deadlines
• Experience working within an SDLC and Agile project environment
• Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
