It All Starts With You
To replenish Automated Teller machine (ATM's) and maintain ATM availability within agreed Service level Agreements (SLA's) to external and internal customers.

What You'll Give Our Customers
Your role will be to provide customer service through Replenishing of the ATM, to action Incidental ATM Services, to balance all the ATM's, use the stand-by and Call-out procedure, as well as adhering to the general rules and procedures as per the training manual. This also includes the emergencies procedures when necessary.

Desired profile

APPLICANT / CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
·  Matric : NQF 4
·  Mathematics and or Accounting passed at grade 12 level
·  Clear criminal record
·  6-Month experience in back office administration
·  Two (2) years' experience as a cashier or teller in a retail environment
·  Diploma in banking will be beneficial
