Job Title: AEM Developer
Location: London

We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Developer to join the The BX Web Services team. The team has responsibility across the customer and colleague facing web estate for all of Barclays global businesses. The team is rapidly growing and is driving customer experience consistency, standardised frameworks, cost and process efficiencies and reducing reliance on 3rd party agencies across the bank.

The team designs, builds and maintains

•Customer facing web site components, templates, tools and features for >100 sites and applications
•Content services into secure digital banking web and mobile apps
•Colleague facing services and content
•Content authoring, personalisation and analytics capabilities for business teams to self-serve their digital estate
•Web hosting platforms including cloud based Adobe Experience Manager platforms and scalable AWS capabilities
•Adobe Analytics, DTM and Target capabilities
•Dev ops tooling, continuous delivery pipelines, monitoring and testing apps
•APIs to integrate with internal and external data sources
•App store, Domains and Certificate controls and processes

What will you be doing?

•To write code to specification for one or more applications or products.
•To test the code thoroughly, create selenium (or similar) automated test scripts and liaise with business users to ensure the solution is fit for purpose.
•To maintain a strong technical understanding of components or sub-components within an application or product, providing support for technical queries, live incidents and problems.
•To ensure the technical integrity and quality of the applications or products is maintained across their lifetime, contributing to the development of any technical changes being proposed.
•To have the ability to lead delivery of a single standard project, or contribute to multiple standard projects as a team member.
What we're looking for:
•Strong experience in developing solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / CQ5)
•Experience in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Programming
•Experience with Maven, Jenkins, writing automated tests using Cucumber/JBehave, node, grunt
•Working to the Agile methodology and tools including JIRA, Confluence (or similar)

•Experience with tools, techniques and frameworks that support Continuous Delivery
