To co-ordinate and ensure that all office administration and logistics for the Business unit is delivered effectively and cost efficiently in order to maintain an effective support service in terms of system access to staff, IT logistics, office equipment ,maintaining asset registers, catering, liaising with building logistics thereby ensuring an effective general office administration support as and when required.

What you'll give our business
Your accountabilities include logical support like to accurately plan, obtain approval for the monthly stationary supplies for the business unit requirements. You will deal with the Financial and Vendor Payments which requires confirming validity and legality of all payments which include preparing and completing documentation for the payments. The other responsibilities will include general office administration as well as risk administration. You need to be able to work in a team and be service orientated.

Desired profile

What you'll need
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
·  NQF Level 4: Grade 12
·  Administration Diploma or Tertiary Certificate /NQF 5
·  3 Years' administrative experience
·  3 Years' experience in an Administration role in a Banking environment related to the business Unit
·  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the Internet
·  No criminal record
