Job Title Account Servicing Analyst
Location Glasgow
Our Account Servicing operations team covers Corporate account opening, audit letter processing and handling mandate requests for Corporate clients. We service our Corporate clients within these areas in a fast-paced and demanding environment whilst continuously looking to improve our processes and day to day activities to provide a seamless service.
What you'll be doing?
•Provide robust expertise for Account Servicing (Account Opening, Personal
Records and Audit Letters) ensuring we also offer support with 3rd party suppliers
•Deal with clients who have been granted dispensation but stays in line with
Barclay's policy which would need to be approved by the legal team or FCU.
•Use a high level of attention to detail to complete tasks ‘right first time, every
time
•Use the Corporate Bank's policy to ensure the correct documents and data
have been provided by clients
•Perform daily Audit and second day checks on the work completed within the
team
•Managing stakeholders, supporting the Relationship Team in delivering
excellent Client service. Complete business critical tasks within pressured
timescales – ensuring the team meets all target SLA's, and providing a quick
and efficient service to Clients
•Establish and actively manage own personal development plan and seeks to
improve in areas of development through training, skills development and
coaching
•Take ownership and resolution of issues threatening cycle times and or Client
satisfaction
What we're looking for:
•Strong problem solving skills
•Strong verbal communication skills
•Effective influencing and interpersonal skills
•Good organisational ability and time management skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Prior experience with using the Corporate Bank's computer systems (such as
Customer Gateway, SOLD and Siebel) would be valuable
