Salary: £18K -20K plus monthly bonus scheme

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our healthcare staffing team based within our Kings Cross, London offices!
Under the direction of the Recruitment Team Leader, the Resourcer maintains and builds on a strong pipeline of candidates for their dedicated Bank client.
Key Tasks:
- Advertise all vacancies via appropriate media
- Responding to all adverts in a timely manner, prescreening candidates to determine suitability for Bank Partners
- Carry out competency Interviewing techniques and provide a shortlist of quality candidates for the next stage if interviews
- Ensure compliance & quality control documentation has been completed prior to submission to the recruitment team leader for sign off, including but not limited to CRB checks, references, right to work in the UK and Occupational Health
- Prepare CV and correspondence to forward to client if required
- Advise candidates of the success or failure of their application
- Ongoing workforce management and support
- Attend assessment days, recruitment events when necessary
- Ensure all checks are carried out in line with Company and NHS standards
- Responsibility for answering incoming calls efficiently presenting a professional and businesslike manner at all times
- Resolve complaints/problems quickly & accurately, escalating when necessary
About you
This position would be ideal for someone who has experience working within a customer service environment, or for someone looking to start a career in recruitment! Experience working within the healthcare sector is desirable although not essential. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a busy and fast paced in environment.
