We are currently seeking committed and numerically minded Trade Control and P&L Control Analysts with a keen interest in key accounting principles and a desire to progress within the finance and banking field. As part of our middle office team, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and put your problem solving skills to work, while interacting with and learning from business partners across all areas of the bank, providing you with excellent exposure to the industry.
You’ll be joining a dynamic, supportive team, will have access to ongoing training and opportunities for career development, and you’ll be working from our office in Chester, so you don’t have to travel to London to start building a rewarding career with us.
As an Entry Level Trade & Product Control Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Acting as a direct point of contact for the trading desks
- Completing month end P&L and balance sheet close
- Ensuring the successful delivery of business critical daily controls
- Managing trade capture processes to ensure all trades are booked accurately
- Working closely with the front and back offices to resolve breaks
- Producing and distributing daily reports, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
As an Entry Level Trade & Product Control Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Skills & Experience:
- Good education background
- Competence in Microsoft Office
- Interest in key accounting principles and concepts
