Job Description

Teams with Trust Officer, who manages a book of fiduciary/trust relationships, to meet client needs and expectations. Serves as an additional point of contact for high net worth clients. Performs duties related to administration of trusts, including money movement, interpretation and review of documents for compliance, and other non-fiduciary related activities. Works as part of team with investment, sales and tax groups to provide the full client experience. Performs some administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying and imaging. Non-licensedassociate.  Experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook, Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment. Ability to take ownership for solving problems and to make sound decisions within area of responsibility. Ability to work with urgency in responding to client requests, to develop personal rapport with clients and to treat clients in courteous and respectful manner. Excel in organization and time-management skills. Detail oriented.
