Online Marketplace Listing Executive (Polish & German speaking preferred)

We are a market leader in our sector designing and selling a range of children’s arts & crafts product and party bag fillers online. We sell our own branded merchandise both on our own websites and on marketplaces globally. The role in based in London, United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Online Marketplace Listing Executive who will be part of a team responsible for our existing listings on Amazon (UK, USA, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and Canada), Ebay (UK and Australia), Trademe (New Zealand) and Tesco Direct.

In addition we will be launching at least 2 more international marketplaces in the next few months (Poland and Netherlands). Some knowledge of www.allegro.pl would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be part of a team responsible for setting these up, managing new product uploads and optimising product listings.

The role includes maximising profitability and revenues on all our marketplaces, handling issues raised by customer services and liaising with other departments as necessary to sort out any problems or queries.

Core responsibilities:

• Uploading new product listings on marketplaces.


• Optimising listings to increase sales conversion and maximise revenue.


• Liaise with our marketplaces software partner to resolve issues and maximise product availability.


• Identify any problem areas and liaise with relevant departments to improve.


• Ensure marketplaces updated with best sellers, latest products and new items.


• Establish and maintain good relationships with our account managers on the various marketplaces.


• Report feedback on product to buying department.

Skills required:

• IT literate and able to manage, process and upload large volumes of product data.


• Good working English (spoken and written) and fluency in Polish or German. Additional western European languages would be beneficial.


• High level Microsoft Excel skills mandatory.


• Attention to detail to ensure every new product listing on every marketplace is 100% accurate and complete.


• Analytical skills to download, interpret and report on sales data from marketplaces.


• A passion for ecommerce and desire to learn how to optimise product titles, search terms, keywords, categories etc so that revenues can be maximised on each marketplace.


• This is a graduate entry level position.

No previous experience of selling on marketplaces is required. We require an individual with IT and language skills who wish to grow into a data driven marketing role.
