Time and Attendance Administrator
Would you like to play a key role within the Land sector for the production team? We currently have a vacancy for a Time and Attendance Administrator at our site in Radway Green this position is part time 16 hours per week.
As a Time and Attendance Administrator you will work alongside but independently from the production team to ensure that the correct hours, shift pay, and overtime rates are recorded in SAP to be processed through payroll.

Your main responsibilities as a Time and Attendance Administrator will involve:
Supporting all business safety initiatives
Responsible for the recording in SAP of correct time and attendance information relating to employees to ensure the correct data is submitted to payroll
Ensuring the high quality of data reporting surrounding absences and overtime is submitted to other functions
Ensuring that employees correct leave and other absences are recording in the SAP system
Ensuring that employees are allocated the correct shift and overtime rates to their pay
Ensuring accurate reporting of absences for the management team to determine the cost of absence
Ensuring that all time and attendance errors are cleared in a timely manner so that the correct attendance is available to enable the resource controllers to collate and allocate labour bookings to products
Interacting fully with all areas of the business
Your skills and qualifications:
Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
Inquiring nature
Safety conscious attitude
Willingness to interact and help others
Full training in our processes will be given
GSCE's Maths and English
