SHE Associate - Warton
We currently have a vacancy for a SHE Associate at our site in Warton.
As a SHE Associate, you will be providing competent and professional safety, health and environmental advice and support across our site at Warton, which comprises of 300+ employees with diverse safety, health and environmental risks to manage.
This role will give you a chance to work within a very challenging and wide-ranging position, working as part of a wider team of SHE professionals.
Your main responsibilities as a SHE Associate will involve:
Implementing and maintaining the SHE Management System (Certified to OHSAS18001 and ISO14001) within your business operation
Analysing accident/incident and assurance activity
Being an ambassador for cultural change within the business, able to influence and promote a positive SHE culture at all levels
Reporting into Warton SHE Manager
Your skills and qualifications:
SHE experience and knowledge is essential
NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health and be working towards or possess the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (or equivalent)
Occupational Hygiene or Environmental Management is beneficial
Experience of being able to influence and promote the SHE Culture

You will be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills. You will be able to use own initiative but also work as part of a team.
