Product Administrator – Success Factors
Would you like to have a position where no 2 days are the same? We currently have a vacancy for a Product Administrator – Success Factors at our site in Preston.
As a Product Administrator – Success Factors, you will be an active part of an environment where high communication, constant collaboration and good judgement results in a high quality service that continuously adapts to meet the needs of the business, the users and our changing environment. You will be part of a team working with customers, consumers and suppliers to develop, configure and support the SuccessFactors platform. Developing a product that the team is proud of, supporting it through life and working in a close team environment where performance and relationships are key will be something that excites you.
This role will adhere to standards, provide product and service support, ensure the right governance around what we do and how we do it. They will make sure the service performs to very high standards. They will protect the product from technical debt and be encouraged to work with customers to introduce innovation and consistently evolve the product to remain aligned to the needs of the business.
Your main responsibilities as a Product Administrator – Success Factors will involve:
Implementing and supporting the product and suggest how the product could work, how it could interface with other systems, how it could be supported, how it could look and feel and how users could interact with it
Working with development, operations, testing and others to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the path to production
Supporting the evaluation of new processes, techniques and tools that could generate new capabilities, improve the experience of the consumer and reduce the time-to-market
Attending conferences and seminars relating to the product, its roadmap and how other customers are transforming their environment with existing and new features
Developing and working in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent and ego-free culture where your talent and that of the team is valued
Your skills and qualifications as a Product Administrator – Success Factors:
Essential:
A good grasp of technology service provision and a desire to further their career in this area
Enthusiasm for technology delivery to improve business process
A desire to make a difference and grow into a Technical consulting role
A desire to work in a constantly evolving Agile delivery environment embracing an DevOps driven culture
Desirable:
Experience of working with SuccessFactors or other HR Systems
Applications Testing experience
Experience of working with automation tools (e.g. Testing tools such as HP Quality Centre, Selenium)
Experience in a DevOps environment
Any experience with Sharepoint, SAP Fiori, SAP, Office 365, ServiceNow

Salary: £23,000 +
Location: Preston
